I have a 2002 Malibu thats starts intermittently, had battery,
alternator, and starter. All checked out fine. when the car doesn’t
start, I get it jumped and it’ll start up for a couple a days and cuts
off. Whats the problem? and How much would it cost to get fix?

Since it starts with a 'jump' it would seem to be
corrosion on the battery posts and/or connector
clamps.  Clean them with a knife or special wire tool.
If that's not it, then the Passlock system maybe.
If Passlock system, then you have to watch the
instrument panel and wait 10 minutes with the
key on, motor off, until the 'Theft System' red
light stops blinking and goes off.

Another possibiltiy, which wouldn't allow a jump
start, is 'flat' or 'dead' spots in the starter.  Sometimes
hitting the starter with a bar and hammer while
someone holds the key on will start it.  Replace the starter,
probably about $250 at a shop.
