2004 Impala SS front plate cover question

Does anyone know how to remove the front license plate cover on my 2004
Impala SS without damaging the bumper? There is no mention of it in the
owners manual.

Isnt it screwed on or held on but plastic retianers? Need to check
because most of the time if you dont see a bracket the bumper...Meaning
there are holes in your bumper itsself ....Eighter drilled or
manufactured in.....Just pull the plate off to see how its attatched..
