Hello, All:

I've got a 1998 Malibu LS (6 cyl.) that yesterday stalled twice while
driving. The car felt as though it came out of gear at first, the
engine was surging, the power steering went out, the engine then
stalled, and the Oil and Battery lights came on on the dash. After
wrestling the thing over to the side of the road, the car re-started
immediately and drove fine again in both instances.

Any idea what would cause something like this? Today, the car drove to
work fine.
