Buy a new car. But seriously, I have no idea. I would guess that oil is leaking past the Oring making the plug/wire foul up. I could be wrong about the o ring thing though, My nissan did this and it was teh valve cover gasket that needed replaced and bam, no more problem. Did you do a compession test? Engine needs 3 things to run, fuel, spark, and compression. It has to be missing one of the three in cylinder number 4.  SignatureJason E. Fuel, spark, and air. I had the same trouble and replaced all the same things but still the same problem. I finally took mine to the dealer and they fixed it by doing a full injector cleaning.
