I wanted to get some subs that sounded decent in the car, not rattleing or
very loud outside the car that I can pick up for 200 or 300 bucks, does
anyone know of a decent brand that I can get?

I'm very partial to Boston Acoustic. Very high definition, not boomy.
The G210 is a great speaker, and can be had for about 129.00 each

I was thinking 300 or less for box, speaker and amplifier.
