I just washed my car last night at a gas station car wash due to large
amounts of salt on the roads, I try to wash it once a week in the winter
time, i live in Ohio.  This morning I went to drive somewhere and found the
passenger rear tire wouldnt move, I drove a few feet on the road and it
unstuck itself, I thought maybe the water from the car wash froze something
which kept the wheel from moving.  Is this so, will there be any damage from
this or should I not worry?

If it is a malibu its rear wheel drive and if it was the rear time it was
more then likely frozen from the car wash..  No harm should come from
it....

If it happens when its not below freezing, then youve gotta problem...

Peace out

No, I am pretty sure that 2004 Malibu Classics are FWD, it has been running
just fine since it came unstuck though thanks for the advice, I don't think
I will be washing my car when it is below freezing anymore ;p

You're only "pretty sure" it's FWD Sean and cscrap thinks it's RWD?
Park the car facing north. Open hood. If the engine is also facing
north then it's RWD. If it's facing east then it's FWD. This is a
general rule of course. If it's a NASCAR it's always RWD even if the
street version is FWD.
I am certain that you 2004 Malibu id FWD.

Water in the brakes.  You probably set your emergency brakes and they froze
to the drums.  Common item.
