I just purchased a "used" 2004 Malibu Classic. I was given 2 keys. One had
the alarm remote door open 'bob' and the second key bob was handed to me
later. It seems the second one does not work. Both have the number 1
stamped on the back. The salesman said he thought I should have a 1 and a 2
stamped bob. I have tried replacing the battery. The owners manual is not
clear on any kind of "programming" procedure. Do I have a wrong bob or an
unprogrammed bob? Or what?
Help.

Are you talking about the remote entry units?
