I DONT HAVE A OWNERS MANUAL AND I HAVE A LIGHT ON IN MY CAR. IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAVE AN ARROW POINTING DOWN IN A SQUARE BOX WITH SWIGGLE LINES UNDER THE ARROW. DOES ANYBODY OUT THERE KNOW WHAT IT IS. I think that's the 'low coolant' message, happened to me recently too (I also have a '98 Malibu).
