I bought the coils packs and replaced them. I put the original spark plugs
back in, all it does when you start it is smoke and go dead. It is like it
is firing. can anyone help us please!

There are several possible problems here
1. You put the spark plugs wires incorrectly - each wire and coil are
for specific cylinders.
2. Your spark plugs and cables also need replacing.
3. When you try to start a fuel injected engine a few times in
succession ti will flood.
Well that's all i can think for now - oh also replace your fuel filter.
Hopes this  helps.
