Been a good car so far for the past 3 years.  Just noticed that I get a
noise from the front end that I notice at speeds over about 30 mph.  It's
kind of a gearing noise when I steer to the right a bit, goes away for the
most part when straight, and don't notice anything when leaning it to the
left.  Any ideas?

Had that problem on a 2003.

They replaced the power steering rack and the problem went away.
