Rad coolant

I just recently bought a used malibu ,I thought i might give it some tlc and
change some of the fluids ,so i know when they would need to be changed ..
The rad coolant resivoir sais that it does not need to be changed till at
least 200000kms because it uses dex cool fluid ?..
would it still be a good idea to get the rad flushed or not ?..

Wich engine oil do you recommend ..5w30 or 10 w 30 ?..

I stopped using Dexcool after I replaced my lower intake manifold gasket
a couple a years ago. I just use the ordinary stuff. Touch wood so far
no problems in that area. Use 5w30 that what it says on the oil filler
cap. I am sure the GM engineers won't steer us in the wrong direction as
far this goes!!
