My battery warning light has been on for two days now.  I have
replaced the alternator, and put a new battery in.  The belt is brand
new, also.  Any ideas on what to look at next.

The only things I think of  is did you tighten all the wires - to the
alternator and is the belt routed properly - see the diagram in the
engine compartment.

Check the single red wire to the back of the Alt. (large gauge wire)
it should have power at all times. And check all the fuses as well.

Make sure it’s the alternator or battery light. Some people found out
later it was the cruise control or other light. If the belt is on
correctly and the battery is getting charged and your car runs for a
week or so then you more than likely have a shorted light.
