I bought a 2004 malibu classic 2 weeks ago and now the driver's window won't
go up or down and the brakes sqeek. I only have 33500.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I did when I bought my 04 Classic so I had an alignment done and replaced
the rotors and pads, breaks have worked great for 14k miles now with not a
problem in site, although I never had any window trouble.

The front brakes on the previous Malibu model (now labelled "Classic" for
the rent-a-car market only) seem to be uniformly poor quality. I had to
replace rotors and pads on my '03 at about 40,000 km (~25.000 miles) due to
warping ==> pulsing of the brake pedal during application, and uneven
performance.
Aftermarket rotors actually seem to be holding up better so far.

1) drivers window inop./ pull switch plate and back probe switch for power
and ground exiting switch to motor while holding switch in up or down
position (whichever you need). if no power to motor R&R switch assy., if
you have power and ground, pull door panel and tap aggresively on motor
while activating switch. if window moves you have poor seating of brushs on
commutator. cheap fix/disassemble brush end of motor and sand commutator
and brush contacts. pricey fix/replace motor. when i run into this it is
always the cheap fix and i rarely see them again.
2) brake pad wear/ ive put many of the 727 series pads on for wear as low
as 25K miles. malbu and grand am are the only 2 models we used in rental
fleet and they were lined up for brake pads alot.....

GM has had a problem with their brakes for over 40 years, what else is new?

STrange you should mention that, I have a 2004 Classic and my sister drives
an 03 Stratus, she recently borrowed my car since hers was in the shop and
when she returned it to me she mentioned she couldn't believe how much nicer
and smoother my car slowed and stopped.
