malibu trouble please help.

My 1999 Chevy Malibu 4 cyl. 2.4, when I turn it on it sputters and emits
white smoke and a black liquid substance from the tail pipe. The muffler
and motor shakes violently. When I push on the gas the car putters. It
started last night when I was driving and turned a corner and went to
press the accelarator the rpm went up but the car did'nt speed up.
