new headliner covering for my 1991 Blazer

it time for a new headliner covering for my 1991 Blazer, s10, 2 door . Do I
have to remove all the trim from the insides to get it out ?

Yes.  Pillars, visors, clothes hanger nubs, etc. it's all got to come off.
A PITA, but none is difficult to do.

new headliner for when it gets back
