Outside Air Temp Sensor location

Lately, while going through the car wash in Phoenix (from 115 deg to 75 deg.
very quickly)  my outside air temp. digital readout in the rearview mirror
gets stuck at 75 and slowly rises over time.  Where is the air temp. sensor
located on a 2001 Suburban K2500.  It can last for a few days like this,
then starts working again.  I assume the sensor is accumulating water or
can't handle the extreme change in temperature as this did not happen in the
wintertime.
