What is the name of the rubber "coupling" that connects the steering shaft
to the power steering gearbox?  Mine is totally worn out and needs to be
replaced.  Any help identifying the part is appreciated.

It's called a steering coupler, in slang a rag joint.  Most any parts store
will have them on the floor in the "Help" parts section. cost under $15.
Tools needed , normal hand tools, a drill and bits to drill retaining
rivets.  Kit comes with replacement bolts.  Time about 90 minutes.
