It should have a tab on the side of the mount. You just pick the arm up,
pull that tab OUT and lower the arm so it sits at an angle. Then just
rock the arm up/down while pulling up on the bottom of the arm. The
washer nozzle itself is removable and could be replaced separately. It
just clips on the arm.

Thanks. I broke the lower noxzze where the inlet nipple joins the body, when
I tried to remove it. I either missplaced the upper nozzle or it vibrated
free while driving - I don't have it. the dealer says $41 for the
hose/nozzle assembly. Outrageous. I couldn't find nozzles for the wiper arm
in auto parts stores; they only had nozzles that mount on the hood.
