Have a 2005 Colorado Zr1 crew cab and am looking for new tire
recommendations.  I had an accident in snow 2wks ago after never even coming
close since owning it and I have 22k miles on the tire and want to get new
ones.  Thanks for any response.

I don't drive in snow.
I'm pleased with the wear I'm getting from tires I bought at CostCo.
I stopped shopping for tires years ago when I realized that CostCo wasabout the same price I could get anywhere, and they rotate my tires for free. I've used them for tires on my car, minivan, conversion van, motor home.

I recently put a set of National SUV tires on my Trailblazer. National is
a Cooper Tire brand name. Very happy with them so far and this is after
running 30K miles on the top of the line Goodyear tire.

I've had good luck with BFG All Terrains on my 91 2wd in snow and general purpose.

 Scot,
Take a long look at General Grabber "AT" tow's the are quiet.......but have a VERY aggressive tread pattern + you can put studs in them if you so require.
