i have a 94 voyager, the other day i took apart the front brakes to service
them and i noticed the anti-rattle spring broke in half. Does this affect
the braking if broken, or should i replace it, and if i need to replace it
where can i go buy this part.

You can get replacements from the dealer or just pitch them and do not worry
about it. That's what I did.
