Help

I have a 1997 Sebring Convertable JXI, with the 2.5 L V6 engine.  I
experiencing a problem with the low fuel light.  The light flashes
approximately every 5 to 10 seconds, regardles of fuel level.

If anyone has had a similar problem would appreciate any help that will lead
me to the source of the problem.

TIA

Update

I researched the problem on the internet and located folks with similar
problems.  Everything lead back to the Body Control Module.  One
recommendation was to disconnect the battery for a five minute period as a
means of re-initializing the BCM.  I tried it and for the moment corrected
the problem.

I'm researching BCM replacement modules and/or repairs.  Any information in
that area would be appreciated.
