We wanted to order a 300C AWD for May delivery but are concerned about the
right pull problem - anyone know if this is addressed on 300's currently
rolling of the line? Are there any other issues we should be aware of or a
2005.5 revision? Also, are the chrome wheels swappable on the AWD and are
the HID, hands free and walnut trim options worth the money? Lastly, has
anyone gotten a rebate or decent deal on one of these - dealers in my area
are still all looking for sticker - I could understand this last year, but
by this spring if I have to pay sticker I'll wait or go for the SRT8
(believe it or not, there are a few on order I know of locally that are not
sold yet). Thanks for any info!

By referring to "right pulling problem" do you mean torque-steer? The
equal length half shafts should make that phenomena neglibible.
But, on the other hand, if the right pull you refer to means, leading, then
I'm afraid all current cars on the market suffer from this unpleasant
tendency.
Leading is caused because any fixed alignment angles cannot possible
compensate for all factors which produce lead. Road camber and cross winds
are just two of those factors and the ones we think of first.
The solution is for a steering system which allows the driver to tune-in
some left or right to compensate for lead, without having to input from the
steering wheel. This establishes a natural tendency for the car to follow
the road without a steady left or right steering wheel input. Having to
constantly fight a left or right (usually right) lead with the steering
wheel is fatiguing and anoying to say the least.
Aircraft have recognized the benefit of three-axis "trim" for many, many
decades. All we ask Chrysler to do is provide a single-axis steering trim,
either as an option or as a standard feature in the upscale lines.
