windshield wiper pump

1999 Sebring - wiper pump doesnt have power to it,
can find a fuse?

Please help find it?

Im guessing this is the JX body style, convertible with the 2.5 litre and
not FJ  sebring... to kill 2 birds with one stone the fuse to the cruise
control and the wiper washer is either under the hood at the  Junction Block
(drivers side) or inside at the left dash panel.. have you looked in the
owners manual

Ive looked through the OM, and all the fuses.
Nothing indicates the Washer fluid pump.
this is the 2.5L coupe version, LSI - sorry!
