    I have a 1993 Chrysler Conconde and the fan runs on the engine
even when the engine is cold. It never shuts off. Any help would be
appreciated.

is there a fault code present or check engine light on? it is possible that
the coolant sensor or wiring is faulty and or the rad fan relay
