Which Fuse to pull to resett the check engine light in a 2002 Neon. I
did it once and can not remember which one. I pulled them all this
time but light stays on so I must of forgot something in the
procedure.
Any one know what the correct procedure is without a scan tool to get
the light off in a 2002?
Thanks,

You could disconnect the battery for a while and it may go off, but if your
vehicle is having a problem it will come back on,if you are attemting to go
through emissions this will not work!

Thanks I did that and light stayed on. The code was for a misfire in
Cyl # 1. I replaced Plugs and wires and now it is running fine. Will I
have to wait for "Three Good Trips" before it will reset itself and go
off?

It might go off on its own, if not try diconnecting the battery again.
On most vehicles after 96 you need a scan tool to reset the check engine or
service soon lite.
