K&N filter in Grand Caravan 2003, 3.3 lt

Hi
THey claim that a K&N filter would improve fuel economy. What I would like
to ask the community is if K&N increases air flow, shouldn't the computer
adjust to put more fuel to make the mixture right?. So maybe you get more
power but how can it get better fuel economy. Anybody with experince in the
matter ?

False.

Which it does not, at any airflow level you'll experience in a Grand
Caravan 3.3.  A K&N will, however, increase the amount of dirt reaching
your engine.
