I am having the same problem with my 1990 lebaron convertible. Did you ever
find the location of the relay? Thanks.

For anyone interested...the oem part number for the relay is 4373531. The
local Chrysler dealership says this part is discontinued. The relay is
located by the bank of relays on the driver's LEFT side leg. The relay is
the large one which is not attached to the bank. Need to remove the large
panel under the steering wheel to get to the relays.
I discovered that the plug on the relay just needed removed and cleaned up
for a good connection. I also took the motor off and repaired the drive
mechanism by putting in 3 new nylon buttons (for a better word) in the gear
drive mechanism. These are the same as the parts in the window mechanisms.
I was able to purchase the nylon buttons at O'Reilly Auto Parts.
