I've got a 2001 Town and Country that has been out of service for six
months. When I got it back, the radio won't turn on but the three lights
on the equalizer buttons are now flashing. I know the battery was
disconnected for a time. Does the radio think it was stolen? How do you
reset it? Thanks in advance for any help.

The radio has internal problems, R&R and send it out for repairs.

I have 4 Chrysler vehicles and out of the 4 one has had the radio replaced
twice under warranty 94 shadow and the other once under warranty 98 ram
also, the first has now failed so an aftermarket will be installed.  I guess
it is just a radio thing.
