I tried to install a CD player in my 2002 Dodge Caravan. Using an
install kit, I got it in and wired up. It works fine I just can't
figure out how to attach it to the car so it won't move when you press
a button. Any advice? All I can think of is to get some metal with
holes in it and bend it just right so I attach it to the lock bolt on
the back of the CD player and tap screw the top to a hole in the
plastic right above the player. Geez why do they make it so bloody
difficult?

The problem was the kit. I first used a Scosche kit which although it
says it works with a 2002 Caravan it doesn't fit the moulding just
right plus it is terribly designed. So I tried a Dash Solutions kit
and the CD player fits in easy as pie.

Pleased to hear that you got it working okay. I have a problem
attaching the CD face to the adapter face. It is only held in place by
these bendable tabs that work their way loose. With the old style
radios with two shafts, there was at least something to tighten against
the face.
