Hi Does anyone know where to find a power window relay or a fuse for
the power windows on a 1997 Grand Caravan?? It does not show in the
book or any of the manuals that I have found. My passenger side window
will not go up or down from either switch, so before I start replacing
those expensive parts I would check a fuse. Can anyone help with this??

well if the other window goes up and down on the drivers side you just
checked the breaker. It feeds the same side.
More then likely the motor is worn out on the passenger side, remove the
door panel and check for a good ground and 12 volts. If you tap on the motor
while the window switch is pushed, the window may start to work.

My drivers side van window will go half way down and wont go back up. There
is a tiny thermistor wired in series that limits current thru the cheap
chinese motor in case a kid leans on the switch. I bridged the thermistor
with a very low ohm resistor and now the motor works fine.
Many times the window will stop working because the thermistor heats up, but
letting the thing cool for 5 minutes and trying again may get it going .
