When I go over a bump at low speed or am turning right over a bump, I hear a
clunking sound. 04 T&C has 68k w/new tires.

I had this clunking noise in a 2001 Caravan with 70,000 miles on it and some
of the guys in the group said to replace the sway bar bushings. I had
inspected these already and didn't see anything wrong with the factory
bushings but I went to Advance Auto yesterday and bought the new bushings
which cost $10.47 including tax, installed them this morning. No more
CLUNKING noise. Thanks to those who suggested that these bushing were the
problem.

Normally the sway bar bushings, but could be sway bar links as well, the
bushings are cheap and easy to install so if you want to take a pot shot at
it, replace the bushings
