Hi group
I have a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron exported to New Zealand on 2003.

After a checking all fluids and a oil and filter change recently and a
new muffler about 9 months ago the check engine light comes on after
driving a short distance.

I did the key on off check and read the following code.

12 - 31- 55

Can anyone tell me what code 31 refers to and how to stop the check
engine light coming on.
