The rear wheel cylinder blew today, I replaced all the parts but the wheel
wont unlock,,, does anyone know what the issue is...thanks!!

If you mean the the wheel still locks up and wont release, it's
probably the brake hose.  Seems they crimped the bracket on them
a little to tightly.
