If they are devices that you install on your Voyager, most of them are
a "scam" as we say in the the U.S. Sometime back, Popular Mechanics
magazine ran tests on several devices, and found that none of them
really offered any substantial increase in fuel economy.
With diesel, there is a bit of difference. There are kits available
that allow the vehicle to run on used cooking oil, or other such
products.

Want increased economy in your Voyager:
1. Get rid of excess weight.
2. Select lower rolling resistance tires.
3. Keep the tires properly inflated.
4. Use a fuel saving oil of the proper viscosity.
5. Change your driving habits to reduce wasting fuel; slower starts, slower
top speeds, anticipated speed changes and stops, etc.
6. Use clean air filters, properly gapped spark plugs, and properly lubed
brake calipers so that the pads don't drag on the rotors.
Anything else is pure bull intended to seperate you from your money.

Are you serious? Don't you think that if there was some simple device
that improved fuel economy the automakers would be installing them as
standard equipment? The American auto companies are all fighting for
their lives, they would grasp at any straw to improve their competitive
position. Look at the number flex-fuel vehicles they build even though
there are almost no ethanol gas stations and no prospect of ethanol
stations outside of a few corn producing states.

Well, there was that 100 mpg carburetor that ran on water that they
bought the plans for back in the 50's. Last I heard it was crated and
stuffed in the back of a government warehouse.... er, wait a minute,
that was the Raiders of the Lost Ark movie...
Never mind.
