Hi
My Van has 49000 miles. The typical humming sound that comes from the power
streering is louder now. Sometimes it happens sometimes not. I checked the
fluid and it was above the min level, but I think I can add a little more.
Any idea what makes this noice louder. Steering was flushed sast year

Make sure you are using the proper fluid for your power steering. Your
vehicle calls for ATF+4 (MS9602), make sure that was the fluid used when the
flush was done.

Now is the time of the year when all these Power steering noises surface due
to the cold weather. the biggest problem is leaks/ fluid flow. if there are
no leaks and the system is full try to have it flushed to see if that fixes
the problem

the level was at just above the min level. Filled it to the max level. It
seems smoother today. I will monitor
thanks for inputs
