It took me two days to identify the sharp buzz I'm hearing from my right
rear back door of my 2000 Concorde LXi. I believe it's the solenoid when the
car reaches 5 or 10 MPH and automatically locks the doors. I can force a
repeat by hitting the automatic door lock. Does this mean a replacement? Is
the failing component likely to be a solenoid? Cost (I'll do the work) and
degree of difficulty replacing it please.
