I've looked many times for a way to contribute several good suggestions
to Chrysler, but haven't found a way.
Obviously they just want to go on their merry way, regardless of the
consumers desires.
This is an example of how stupid Chrysler's customer's relations is.
My wife got a Sebring sedan in 2001 and within a year they were sending
her their magazine, which is obviously for sales reasons.
Also they often send her invites to their showrooms to see the new
models.
I have a '95 Chrysler and they send me no sales info, not that I want
any, but obviously I'm the one they should be trying to sell a new car
to.
Perhaps they realize that my Chrysler will outlast my wife's 7 yr newer
Sebring, so that's where the marketing effort should go.
Yes they know I have my Chrysler, it's on their file.
