Reverse light switch?  Plymouth Voyager

My reverse lights are not working.  The bulbs have been replaced and the
fuse(s) are fine.  I am guessing it is the switch.  Where is it located?

Does this vehicle have a particular year it was made?

Sorry -- It is a 1997 Plymouth Voyager Grand Voyager
