A friend of mine has a C3 exclusive with a colour gps/radio/phone fitted.
Unfortunatley Citroen have no manuals for it, so he can't easily set it up
or find where to put the SIM card.  The vendor is embarressed but unable to
help.  It says "Blaupunkt" on the front, and "RT3" in the sales brochure,
but a web search reveals nothing.

Can anyone help with a manual?

No-one could.  A few telephone calls to both Citroen and Blaupunkt
have been just as useless as the web sites, and the vendor says there
is nothing he can do about it.  So they've paid extra for a car with
this gadget, and now can't use it.  The vendor won't help with the sim
card, saying that he would have to be liable for any damage they did
to the car dismantling it to find out where it goes!
