Just got word that my new CTD has been built and ready to ship.  Anyone know
how long that takes to get to Missouri?

It will seem like forever  ;-(

OTOH, if they were building it at the St. Louis plant, it would
already be there . . .

Are all *new* (2004+) CTD's assembled in Mexico?

I believe the regular cabs come from StL and the quad's come from Saltillo.
It took mine (quad) about two weeks to get from the plant to my dealership
in StL.  It has to go thru customs in Laredo,TX.  See if your dealer can
give you the rail car number of the shipment and then you can trace it from
there on the RR's website.

As soon as 6 beaners can push it across the Rio Grande, you'll have it.
