94 truck box

Would a 97 dodge ram truck 3/4 ton, 4 x 4, gas , pick up box  bolt on
properly to a 94 dodge ram truck, 4 x 4 , Diesel frame? The reason I ask is
that mine has few rust spots showing through and can get the 97 one from
work for a very good price. They look the same. Are the bolt holes the same?

Yes, perfect fit.  As long as they're both the same length bed.
