I just installed a set of Mopar foglights in an 04 Ram with the aftermarked
switch that came with the unit. Rather than hooking the wiring up as per the
directions I wired it directly to the battery with the appropriate breaker
installed. Does anyone know how to connect these lights to the chime
function to chime if I foget to turn them off.
Thanks in advance

I installed the factory fog lights in my 2001 Ram. As I remember, one of the
wires you should have tapped into under the dash took care of the warning
chimes. I hope you hooked those up correctly, as the switch actually just
applied and removed a ground, not 12Vdc. If the switch and wiring
melts......well, I guess you'll know who to scream at.
