'90 Dak LE, 3.9, 130K miles. When i started it this morning the "anti lock"
and "P brake" light stayed on and they won't
go off. What does this signify and how can I turn them off?

Thanks

It is saying that you have a problem in the anti-lock brake system.  The
most common cause is a bad speed sensor in the rear axle but that is not
always the case.
