Brake lights

Brake and hazard warning lights do not work have turn signals. This is a
2001 1500 van.

Just a quickie but check the check the "combination flasher" in the
Junction block. Left end of dash. Probably need to open the drivers
door and it is behind a panel that has a corner that is 45 degrees. Or
the FUSE 10, 10 amp above and to the right.
