remove rear seat, how to

Anyone know of some good step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

Flip the seats up - remove the bolts that hold the frames to the floor, and
take them out.  If you have the load floor, you have to remove that first.
You'll find  two bolts in the rear, one on each side, and two more bolts
underneath the load floor itself (flip the floor up).

Do you happen to know the torque specs for tightening them back down?

18 ft.lbs. for the nuts on the load floor...  30 ft.lbs. for all other bolts
(load floor and seats)
