When using 4 wheel lock mode it seems to run fine until I slow down to...
maybe turn into parking space. The transmission seems to jerk and it takes
more gas to get truck to move like the brakes are on. It seems like a wheel
slips too. Any ideas??

Thanks,

Mike

Yup, take it out of 4lock on dry pavement. Your going to break it.

Thats very normal when you try to use 4WD lock on dry pavement.  Things
are gonna bind up and possibly break.  Use 4WD lock mode ONLY on snowy,
icy, muddy, dirt or other slippery surfaces...never on dry pavement.

Yeah - see that little book in the glove compartment, probably with the
cellophane wrapper still on it?  Read it.

You cant take sharp turns on dry pavment when the 4 wheel drive is engaged if you do that a lot you will destroy your transfer case. Your putting your driveterrain in a bind and thats why its skiping on you
