have a 89 raider 3.0 it just died during warmup .no fire out of coil
replaced with a new one nothing changed .it turns over great. any help would
be appreciated

Does the distributor turn? Do you have good compression? or did the
timing belt let go???

Did you pull the codes? There is a diagnostic plug behind the glove
box. Take a look at www.4x4wire.com they have the process documented.

have you ck'd your ballast resistor? on my 89 d-50 2.6 it's mounted near
the left fender. it's a white ceramic elec. part with a coil wire under
it.if that is burnt into that could be your culprit. also could be
corroded. if new one is required,about 15.00. hope this will help. also i
need a vaccum hose diagram for 89 d-50 2.6 mitsubishi mckiney carb. about
46 hoses. can't find one anywhere. thanks.
