97 ram noise from engine

i have a 97 ram and when i'am going down the highway, or long stretch of
road i here a clicking/chirping, coming from the engine only during
acceleration and going over 40 mph, when i let off the gas it goes away.
any ideas? thanks.

Possibly spark knock or frozen belt tensioner causing belt noise.

belt tensioner is fine, just recently tuned, only happens while gas peddle
is pushed idles just fine, just that dam noise going down the highway. it
is very low pitched have to turn down radio to hear it.
