What is the difference between an ordinary Dodge dealership and a "5 Star"
dealership?

The 5 Star can do any warranty work without checking with Chrysler
first...they don't need to get any ok's. If you are a "good customer" they
can fix your vehicle well out of warranty without cost to you (of course
that's if they wish).

Not a damn thing other than the hype.  It is just an advertising scheme.  It
is supposed to be a higher standard of service and while a few of them
actually stand up to it, enough don't to make it meaningless.
