95 Ram 2500 power seats

Motor runs but seat doesn't move.  Haynes book stops at testing motor
for current which it has.  Is there something simple like a shear pin?
It looks like it runs with a cable.

The seat bottom is held on to the frame with 4 bolts, after removing
them you can take off the seat and inspect the drives.
